We're very happy with Simeon's work in repointing and preparing our internal wall to be a bare-brick accent wall. He did a massive job quicker than I thought possible and the outcome of his work looks fantastic - if it doesn't come across in photos.One of the most respectful workers we've ever had the pleasure of working with.

We've used Prime Pointing and Simeon twice now and we are incredibly happy with the job done. Takes the time to talk us through what he'll do, puts in extra effort which other pointers were looking to shortcut (grinding out deeper and evening out spacing), gives us options on colour, uses lime mortar where it's suitable, repaired our lintels on request. Came out to help with an emergency once when asked. Even our neighbours like him, thanking him for warning them about what he's doing and washing down the outside that gets covered in dust. So, turns up on time, does a great job that's got lots of admirers, tidies up, great value, hard worker. 100% recommend.

I contracted Prime Pointing to carry out various works, including the repointing of my existing house, the installation of iron lintels to various windows and washing mortar off the bricks to the new extension. This job required care and attention due to the heritage requirements of the conservation area. I found Simoen to be exceptionally polite and courteous. We had Simeon and his team repoint the front and side of our house in June 2022. The side of the house, in particular, was in bad shape after some dodgy pointing after we bricked up a couple of doors and added an extension (which was also badly pointed). They did a fantastic job. Our house looks amazing. They started the work when they said they would, they worked tirelessly in baking hot weather, they talked us through the process and no request was too much trouble for them. Having dealt with some poor tradespeople in the past, it was really refreshing working with such a professional team. We would highly recommend Prime Pointing.

Simeon and his team were excellent with a full re-point at the front of my terrace property. I decided to go with Prime Pointing over others due to their knowledge on Pointing period properties with the correct materials (Lime) and methods that must be used to preserve the old brick. They took their time with the ornate brickwork around the entrance, to make sure all the old mortar was removed without causing damage by using both hand chisels and grinders.During the work they were clearing up as they were progressing to make sure the mess was kept to a minimum.Highly recommended.

I had Simeon and his team around to repoint and clean the bricks on my 80+ year old bungalow. What they actually did was restore it to its original beauty. They were all extremely professional, efficient, hard working, skilled craftsmen who took great pride in their work.
