Had a dishwasher repair in Thame, Oxfordshire! Lovely guy, polite, pleasant and hard working, he knew exactly what he was doing! Dishwasher was built in and a pain to get into, but nothing phased him. Will definitely be using this company again!

Great service from this company, highly recommend them, booked an appt on Saturday and got a follow up call confirming appt same day. I wanted Monday appt, they offered Tuesday due to availability but I explained I wasn’t home and could only do Monday. On Monday a lovely, friendly, professional engineer turned up. Great communication by text in his arrival - overall very impressed.

My aunt's dishwasher broke down and Kingston, the engineer, was incredibly helpful. He identified the first fault and ordered the relevant part on my instruction. As he had feared (and told me was likely the case) there were other faults so we decided to replace the dishwasher. Kingston went and chose an easy to use replacement, ordered it, fitted it and took the old one away - all in the original call out fee. Throughout the process he was clear about when he would visit, what he suggested doing and was proactively helpful. Thank you.
