You have done a fantastic job looking after my dad, its been a tough 12 months for everyone but even more so for all front line key workers. Caremark have done an amazing job. They have had to overcome many logistical challenges to provide care for my dad during this time. We would not have managed without you. Thank you all.

Absolutely wouldn't recommend. Ten months of poor service. Agency boasts a bespoke service, didn't see that. Woeful training. Poor hygiene knowledge by staff. Regular lateness and many uncovered hours. Bad communication. No care plan. Level of care needs not taken seriously.
