Laser Master

Fantastic company to work with. This has been my first experience with laser cutting and sales rep Linda was very supportive and helpful throughout the process. Great communication throughout and happy to help me with my many questions and adjustments made before finalising the project, 10/10 company.

Cost me about £50,000 in lost sales due to them sending me TERRIBLE quality items that I could not resell. Nothing like the samples that were approved, they were defective, full of dents, chips and dirty. It was a nightmare to resolve, they were extremely difficult to deal with but I eventually managed to get money back from them. AVOID.

Really nice company to deal with. They are polite, friendly and fast to respond.Knowledgeable about their product and on the one occasion they got something wrong for me they re-did it right away and posted out to me.I would throughly recommend!

Incredible work with lots of specification options. Had a long back and fourth with them over e-mail (by which point they would likely have been fed up with me!) whilst they helped me formulate a suitable specification which was appropriate for the application required. The final product itself turned out even more impressive than I had initially envisaged. The initial quotation online gives you a good idea of what to expect. Already have recommended them to other people. Some folk might think it's a little pricey however when you look at it you're essentially getting an almost infinitely customisable product for a little more than an off the shelf generic option.

their customer service has been absolutely faultless! The product is also exactly what i wanted. i made a big mistake in thinking they gave me something that wasn't in my original order so they sent me some new parts the next day only to find that the original order was actually fine. i told them this and they didn't charge for the new parts sent out even though they had every right to. Proper customer service!

I have placed 40+ orders with Laser master over the last 4 years, they are always helpful and the quality of their work is always excellent.My company only consists of me, I can not keep large amount of stock, so the orders I put in to Laser Master can vary from just a few parts to test a new item, to several hundred at a time, they are happy to do small, or larger numbers.With the type of products that I make and sell, even the slightest blemish or fault means the part is more than often, not usable, I am happy to say, they have never given me a reason to complain, and they are able to do this at a very competitive price, not that I will tell them that ;)I have included a few photos of the items that Laser Master have cut for me.Thank you for the excellent service.Ian ( Astrax engineering )

I can't comment on the quality of their work, only their service, and sadly that was appalling; 4 weeks after placing an order I've had no correspondence, no replies, no updates, absolutely nothing. Indeed, for the last 2 weeks I've had to involve PayPal and Lasermaster haven't even bothered to reply to them so it leaves me with a long wait to get the refund for an item they clearly had no intention of fulfilling.An utter waste of time, I cannot recommend them lowly enough.

I have used Lasermaster for several jobs from standard shapes through the Easy Order system to items from STEP files or DXF and items folded to drawing. Mostly in Stainless steel but one job in Brass was good too.Very helpful people . When i had a problem it was dealt with quickly and without quibble. Today got brilliant help recovering a situation where a delivery was lost in the post.good service, good product and competitively priced . I would recommend them for laser cutting.

Turned around an urgent but small job in just a couple of days for us, with perfect results and at a great price. Great communication throughout with Georgia in Sales. Definitely our 'go to' for our bespoke projects.

I’ve been using laser master for years now and the quality has always been superb. They’ve been flexible to my requirements and always deliver in a good timescale. I thoroughly recommend. Five stars from me!
