Landlord Direct Lets

So I had a bit of confusion with booking a viewing for this place and had two agents from different agencies arrive for my viewing. The Landlord Direct Let’s agent met me earlier than we’d arranged so I didn’t have to wait, as the other agent was late for what I’d arrange with them. The Landlord Let’s agent had been very easy to talk to on the phone in the days prior to the viewing and was prompt in giving me a viewing confirmation over text. He was willing to honestly answer any questions I had and was very understanding with our specific conditions. As nice as the house was (and it was really nice) I really appreciated having a friendly and professional agent show us round and clear up any queries we had about it. I really feel he went above and beyond to give us the best and easiest experience with our house hunt.

I would very highly recommend this agency! If you are looking for a new place to live in Leeds visit/ call Landlord Directs Leeds and speak to Charlotte and Matt! I have had plenty of experience when it comes to dealing with housing agencies and this is the best agency I have come across! All other agencies in Leeds are very hard to deal with and rude! This one has very friendly, polite and helpful management that puts customer satisfaction as their priority! No matter your situation and budget Charlotte and Matt will help you get the best property/room to rent for you! Throughout the tenancy they have been extremely kind and helpful especially if any issues would arise . Also, they are very fair in their dealings and will never use you or mistreat you. 5 STARS ; I WOULD GIVE IT 10 IF GOOGLE ALLOWED ME TO!!!

I am so grateful to have found my uni house through Landlord Direct Lets. We had a wide range of issues with our house on arrival and Matt from Landlord Direct Lets solved all our issues efficiently and effectively. There was no hour too late or too early to call Matt, he was there to help us through everything. Also, throughout the year If anything has broken he has solved it within the next day or two. Moving to university can be a very daunting experience and letting a house in second year is a very stressful process and he made it so much easier and enjoyable for all of us. I couldn’t recommend an estate agency enough. If you are a looking to let a house at Leeds University they are definitely the company to use.
