First class the young man that helped me me was great he set up my phone explaining everything as we went and made sure I was on the wright plan . I would recommend the o2 shop 1oo%. Well done much better than doing it on the phone

We went to purchase new phone for my wife in store as we had questions regarding switching to different plan with new device and cancelling current one. We had no assistance at all all that we got is you can do it online" and "why don't try online". We had queations regarsing device and got no help at all. Very disappointed. And even the reply on this comment is please visit our website."

Service was great and all questions answered whilst being made to feel welcome and valued.

Great service and advice from Michael and Billy on a new contract and various bolt ons with savings. Very happy to recommend the O2 shop in Haywards Heath.

Staff are very helpful. I'd give 5 stars if O2 didn't keep putting up my monthly payments every year!

I was helped a great deal by Chloe who made sure i understood everything. I had been driven to confusion by the web site's appalling service and was about to give up on O2 so thanks, Chloe!

Brilliant service! I went in to get my phone upgraded and I was served by HARLEY was given the BEST service out of any phone shop ive been to. She talked me through the various tariffs and plans for me to pick and convinced me to insure my phone. At the end I was very satisfied with my contract and phone. I was also helped by AIMEE who helped me apply the screen protector on my phone. Highly Recommend this shop to get your phone upgraded!

Went in, discussed a new contract, they had the phone I wanted but then couldn't be bothered to set up the contract as there was only 30 minutes until closing. Wow. Just wow... Sticking with EE

Dropped into the store late on a Saturday wanting to pay a bill to close down a data contract. Store team were super friendly + helpful and got my issue resolved quickly, despite being ready to close up for the day.After heaps of frustration going in circles with automated phone + online chatbots, it was a relief to speak to a lovely customer service team who were willing and able to help.Been with O2 for years and it's disappointing that 'customer service' is now automated channels, which are incapable of handling anything challenging or unexpected. Meanwhile you've got great in-store human teams who are encouraged to push existing customers into self-serve support channels rather than offer in person advice. It's not a great customer experience.Do better O2 + thank you HH store O2 team.

Went to pick up my new iPhone 13, The two lads in there where very helpful. Very knowledgeable and tried to up sale me a case which is definitely okay with me! It’s their job after all! Perfect service from start to finish.Before o2 I actually was in Vodaphone where I walked out dude to their “sales tactic” so 02 won me over for sure
