Absolute disgrace !! Bought a car 3 weeks ago, 1st day of owning the car I had problems. Owner promised me to get the car picked up & looked at. 2 weeks later still promising to pick up with no show! Then my car breaks down at a busy junction - so I rang and asked for a full re fund of my to be told where to go!! £2,599 down and no car and not willing to pay me my re fund! Now having to set up a small claims court and citizens advice helping me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST AT ALL COSTS!!!! THIS MAN WILL NOT BE IN TRADE VERY LONG! Look at all the BAD reviews he’s got having people over of thousands of pounds!!Police informed hoping courts will settle my money back!! Cheeky horrible man he is stay away!!!

Bought a Ford mondeo from this garage. The advert for the car stated that the bodywork and interior was in excellent condition, which okay fair enough it’s an 11 year old car. It will have some age related marks, but you can’t go round stating the car is in excellent condition when the wing mirror is taped on, the headlight is not even bolted in properly and under further investigation needs a 250 quid headlight due to the brackets are snapped off. The rear bumper is hanging off and the car looks like it’s been washed with a brick. That’s not excellent condition or age related marks is it. Also saying the car comes with full history, no history with the car what so ever. So would make selling the car in the future quite difficult. It was just a totally false and miss selling add. Seen a few reviews of people saying exactly the same thing. I don’t know what this garages idea of an excellent condition car is but it’s certainly not what they think it is. Would I buy or recommend another car to anyone from this garage. Absolutely not. Drove 140 miles for a car that’s literally not even close to the standard they said it was. I would avoid personally.

I recently purchased a used car from JA Motors, and I must say that the entire experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I was drawn in by their promises of a one-month warranty and descriptions that seemed too good to be true. Unfortunately, it turned out to be exactly that – too good to be true.Within just ten days of owning the car, the engine suddenly stopped working. To my disbelief, I had only driven a mere 120 miles since the purchase. As the car was supposed to be under warranty, I reached out to JA Motors for assistance. However, instead of receiving any form of support, I was met with aggression and hostility.The staff at JA Motors were not only uncooperative but shockingly rude. They yelled at me, refusing to take responsibility for the car's malfunction. Despite paying the full amount in cash, as per their request, they were unwilling to make any efforts to repair the vehicle. This level of disregard for their customers is simply unacceptable.In light of their lack of accountability and the complete absence of customer service, I had no choice but to sell the car as scrap for a measly £300. This left me with a significant financial loss, as the initial purchase price was £1800.My intention in writing this review is to warn potential car buyers about the deceptive practices of JA Motors. It is evident that they are fake dealers, and their claims of providing warranties and guarantees are outright lies. They lure customers in with enticing descriptions, only to leave them stranded with faulty vehicles and no support.I implore you to steer clear of JA Motors and their fraudulent tactics. Save yourself the heartache, financial loss, and frustration by avoiding this unscrupulous establishment at all costs. Furthermore, I encourage those who have had similar experiences to report them and help protect others from falling into the same trap.In conclusion, JA Motors should be avoided at all costs. Their lack of integrity, appalling customer service, and dishonest business practices make them one of the worst dealerships I have ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable dealership that values its customers and stands by its products.

Very positive experience. Friendly courteous service without feeling pressured and no hard sell. Friendly and very helpful made my car buying experience totally stress free and went over and above what I would have expected. I have recommended to friends !!

Great overall service, hassle free purchase. Spoke over the phone at first was told everything I wanted to know, went down to view the car and was as explained. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be checking here first when wanting another car! Thanks everyone at J A Motors

STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!!!STAY CLEAR at all costs!!! Absolutely disgraceful company, never have I ever came across a more unprofessional, dodgy, falsifier of a company. Upon inquiring about a vehicle I was told the car was mint absolutely stunning and worth the 4 HOUR trip I would have to undertake to view the car. However 5 minutes before getting to the original address I was given they called to change the destination, I had to meet them in only what I can describe as a back alley, dark and unlit which was my first red flag, and it only got worse as upon inspection of the car I noticed it was badly damaged down the back wing (which was not mentioned prior) he blamed this on age related mark which was comical, the car was also covered in marks and dinks, the side mirror was smashed, the brakes had gone, interior was disgusting, as well as many many more problems, they also weren't able to provide proof of apparent work that had been previously done on the vehicle! Vile disgusting people, fabricating lies in order to lure people in to buy their cars, they should feel ashamed of themselves, but I suppose they'd actually have to be decent people in order to feel any sort of guilt!
