Very disappointed with the Great Harwood pharmacy! I have been a customer for over 10 years but recently they gave me a prescription (cream) that I only order once a year that had an expiry date for next month, when I returned and explained to the pharmacist he told me I had to buy one every month at £9.35!! Great customer service!!

Currently positive with Covid and my brother in law has travelled to pick up my prescription, they was phoned and told of him coming they shut early and when he knocked refused to open for him. Absolutely disgusted with them as I specifically asked them when they closed and when he would arrive, I'm a poorly diabetic person and they are lucky I have enough medication to see me over the weekend till someone else can pick it up.

I would normally expect to trust a pharmacy with advice and information about healthcare so I was shocked and dismayed to find that this one is promoting misinformation & making recommendations that are detrimental to both personal and public health on window displays before you even enter the shop.Before posting I did some research and discovered that this has not been directed by the Boots Pharmacy organisation; it is purely the responsibility & fault of this local branch & pharmacist. Spreading lies & damaging lives - shame on you Boots Great Harwood.

AVOID AS IF ONE’S LIFE WERE IN PERIL!!!!!!FOREVER GETTING THE MEDICINES WRONG!!!!!! DANGER!! ALSO THE TWO PAKASTANI PHARMACISTS ARE CLOSELY RELATED WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL. THEY NEED REPORTING!!!!!!!’ THESE PEOPLE ARE PREJUDICE JUDGEMENTAL AND SO NASTY.THERE IS ONE SPECIMEN CALLED “TOM”, A SCOUSE REJECT, WHOM HAS REAL PROBLEMS. VERY ABUSIVE. HE SHOULD NEVER BE WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE.BE WARNED!!!!! THEY ARE BEING PROSECUTED BY A FRIEND OF MINE.THEY ARE A HORRENDOUS LOT. #In it for the money.

My experience of boots in Great Harwood is great, the staff are brilliant. I pick up my prescription here.The staff are really helpful and friendly, a few other local shops could learn by example.

Quite a small store staff are friendly and helpful but the stock they carry is very limited. I tend to order online and collect from this Boots as it is convenient.

On the Facebook page it says this branch is open 8:30am - 6pm. However there is a sign on the door showing they close at lunch time now. So I got there at 1:01pm and it was closed! Just! So I had to go home & go back in an hour! PLEASE change the info on your Facebook page.
