Just rang for a emergency appointment, no number to ring, rang the number we have used before and told they don't take mill Street patients any more..rang 111 and maybe have to wait 12 hours for a response call..this doctors surgery is a shambles now, bet I can't get an appointment when I ring in the morning, no wonder A and E are overloaded

No complaints. Doctors have been so helpful towards me and it's not impossible to get an appointment. The NHS is strained because of misuse, it's not Mill Street's fault that appointments are hard to come by!

If I could give Mill Street a 0. I would, you find it near impossible to contact them via the phone and they allow people to stand outside before the centre opens, just to make an appointment.Doctors leave all the time and you never get to know any doctors.I fully understand why Mill street are at the bottom of customer service list of Doctors in St Helen's.

By the time your seen by the doctors your probably cured of what ever the issue was. 2 hour waiting time and thats after you have been told that there on time today". Should be grateful as your lucky if you can get an appointment when calling up 40 mins in a morning

Awful. It’s impossible to get an appointment….suffered a heart attack a few months ago and was diagnosed with heart disease but still find it impossible to get an appointment.
