Make the decision to renew every year and every year it is a pain to be able to make the payment by direct transfer by credit or debit card. They only have the Paypal option that we don't necessarily have or rather we don't want to have. The account executive does not answer when I send an urgent email since my deadline is tomorrow. and the phones you call tell you that they only answer via email. Don't you think it's very comfortable for the company to not want to take calls? Where is the customer service they promise when they want to attract new customers? And we who have been around for years are no longer important to you?
