Would definitely recommend this company. Excellent customer service & workmanship. Very reasonably priced too. We absolutely love our new stove. Thank you again Catherine, Steve & Michael.

Tried to get this company out twice now to get a log burner installed but they must be so busy that they don't want my custom. Will have to try somewhere else. The lad in the showroom was very helpfull but the follow up to get a quote has just not happened. Must be the time of year when everyone wants a log burner.

I was very disappointed with World of Iron. Initially I was really pleased with the level of service. A date was set for the assessor to ome out and he made a thorough inspection of the fireplace and chimney and in due course I received the estimate I had requested. From thereon the level of service went downhill. I did not receive information of suitable stoves I had requested and having visited the showroom to select what I thought would be a suitable stove, I requested another estimate. I waited for several weeks for that estimate to arrive, despite emailing and phoning several times to ask why I hadn't heard from them. When the estimate finally arrived it was incomplete and quite difficult to understand. Following a further visit to the showroom, I got some kind of explanation, but was not happy to go ahead with the work. I personally would NEVER use World of Iron. The service is appalling. I felt too many promises were made but no action taken.

Had a look around the showroom today , nice pleasant staff made me welcome, just a nice size showroom, but plenty of brochures to look at , they gave me a education on the product, s , left the showroom feeling happy, I have one or 2 things to tweet, but will be paying them another visit in the next few days yo place my order

Eddie was very helpful. Such a nice man Nothing was to much trouble . Bought stove while visiting our son . Eddie had stove shipped to our address in Hertfordshire .All went swimmingly. Thank you so much.Would recommend this company.

Not a huge selection of stoves but enough to give you a good idea. Pushy shop assistant, won't allow you to browse the stoves or discuss pros and cons between yourselves without following you around and constantly interrupting your conversation.Web site is quite strange, random question marks all over and lots of symbols scattered about.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Should have had warning signs when the owner asked to add me on his personal Facebook and he would message me about the job later. After my installation date passed, there were weeks where I couldn't get in touch. Almost two months later after loads of quite rude excuses, and me saying I understood given covid and weather, the owner once again was so rude we argued and he cancelled the job last minute. I honestly don't know how this guy runs a business, communicates with friends and family or even administrates basic tasks in his day to day life with his seriously bad attitude and negative outlook. I can only hope that the new government studies into the negative effects of log burners shut his business down and he is forced to learn customer service skills in ASDA pointing one of those arrows showing you where an empty checkout is wearing his green jacket.

The guys at the World of Iron showroom were extremely informative about the range of stoves and accessories on offer.We had two stoves fitted and were very impressed with the quality of the work that Michael & Brian carried out. Top blokes.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Owner really appreciated his help and professionalism we had arranged for a stove to be fitted however in going today to pay and arrange date the person/ staff member was so rude and dismissive of us as customers we walked out stating would go elsewhere. Went to Durham stoves and fires different service approach hence we have placed our order with them.
