Absolutely shocking services, was told my delivery window but then the driver couldnt find my property?? multiple phone calls saying it will be redlivered on his way back yet still not received my parcel, rang at 5:30 when lines close at 6pm and was told they were closed?? i am absolutely appalled and not impressed.

Parcel arrived and I was not in,the driver rang at the door and I spoke to him if he can leave it with neighbouurs,of course he can't even if I told him so and gave the code he asked.Next day left work earlier to be in for when he arrive(within the hours slot I had) and the guy time didn't bother to ring at the door he just put the card in(we missed you,I was at home waiting for him purposely.....now I had to pay for a vip order for Saturday,and guess what I received an e-mail that my order is not on for the delivery that day.....What a joke of a company avoid at all costs.and I will take my complain even further

Absolutely disgusting, I was due a very important delivery today, a helmet for a course which I was due on tomorrow got it next day delivery because it was important, was told would be delivered 16:30 - 17:30. Couldn't order it earlier as course came up last minute.Was in before this time waiting for it to come, gets an email sorry we missed you, you didn't miss me you just didn't show up at all.So this has caused me financial problems now as I was booked onto a non refundable career course totaling £850, now I have spoken to DPD and they said I am unable to collect at the depot, the delivery won't be with me until tomorrow now and can't guarantee it will be before 10:30 am but my course was due to start at 09:30 meaning I stand to lose alot of money and they said there's nothing that can be done and they won't cover any loses, they even admit that the driver 'elle' didn't upload a photo or even input the address they just marked it as missed, so basically the driver couldn't be arsed to come and I lose £850 and there's no repercussions at all.I find this absolutely disgusting as a service, if I was to cost a customer £850 and lie about doing my job when I actually didn't then I would be losing my job but this doesn't seem to happen to dpd, I asked about putting in a complaint but the lady on the phone told me I can't and it has to be an internal complaint, so essentially they can do what they want, don't have to do their job and can cost customers financial problems and nothing can happen, even if an internal complaint is made I wouldn't even know the outc9me so have lost total faith.Fuming.

the worst customer service i have had in a long time. the drivers clearly just cant be bothered. twice they claim i was not at home. the first time they went to the wrong house, which was clearly marked as a different number. the second time i was stood outside on the street waiting for them so i know they never came near my street. avoid these people it you can.

Why have you taken my parcel to a post office several miles away from my house when there’s one up the road. I paid you to deliver, not to make me the courier.

Absolutely zero care for customers. Took the day off work waiting for a parcel this was a gift for my daughter Christmas.The driver lied saying he attempted delivery, untrue because I can see everyone that walks up to my door I also have a camera that shows no delivery also no DPD card to say he's attempted delivery.Tried to ask for an exact time or after but got told no by costumer services I will be given 1 hour slot tomorrow.Couldn't care less about costumers.Hope they go bust

A truly dire service. Having received all other parcels due in the past few days, DPD are seemingly the only ones incapable of knocking on the door and delivering, three days running now. On the one day they did deliver a parcel to me, they forgot the second parcel. Rather than owning up to it and saying it was due to a mistake on our part"

DPD Should not offer the service of delivering medication if they can't guarantee the delivery.Rude and unhelpful team at the York branch. Spoke with a 'manager' Olly at the York branch who's attitude was terrible!The customer service team who I spoke with a number of times seem to have their hands tied with what they can do to help.All in all Socking service from the nation wide company.

I would not recommend this outfit to anyone I have given 1 star to many . Worse than Amazon drivers

Driver sat in his cab briefly after delivery on an extremely hot day, sweating profusely, with window shut. Why? Well I reckon it was because the package he put down on ny step was damaged. As soon as I tried to move it I could hear what sounded like broken glass. (Turned out to be the case). I shouted him but he didn't or didn't want to hear me. IKEA contacted and given details.
