Just Teachers are one of the most established and well respected organisations to work for. You will always be busy on a day to day basis and permanent positions are often offered when you’re on placement at a school. Gemma is one of the best agents I have come across- calm, professional and easy to talk to.

I have enjoyed working for Just Teachers for about 4 years. They are a close team with strong communication in and out of hours.They are well established and respected as a company. They are caring, bubbly and supportive and really take the time to get to know you. They have always tried to be responsive to my needs, including being supportive when I relocated and needed to review travel implications. Directions to schools are text quickly and accurate.  The text messages they send with the address and directions help a lot – another way they try to make sure you are looked after. Feedback from schools is given and valued. Paper work is taken care of automatically. They try to facilitate bookings in advance wherever possible. If there has ever been a problem, there is always a friendly professional voice at the end of the phone. An all round good agency!

The best teaching agency I worked. They cater to teachers' needs and always try their best to cooperate with them. They provide us with flexible shifts in accordance with our needs. I have worked for Just Teaches for a couple of years now. They are the best supply agency I have worked for. Gemma and her team are very professional, well organised and send me to some lovely, local schools. They have been incredibly supportive recently when I had to take some time off for an operation.

I love working for justteachers! In particular, I regularly speak with Kyle and sometimes Gemma and Georgie. They are friendly, supportive and helpful. I always receive work in my area and they always listen and respond to any questions I have.As an agency, they're very easy to use- quick to respond to texts, emails and phone calls etc and they check-in regularly to check that everything is okay. Last academic year, I received a card thanking me for all my efforts. ( was a really lovely gesture and much welcomed).Being new to supply last academic year, I signed up with a few agencies. Justteachers are by far my favourite. They make everything easy and I’m always busy with work. They have a very simple system each week to check your availability and always find me work with my favoured year groups.Definitely recommend! I feel they pay fairly, always give me lots of work and easy to communicate with!
