Game Bird Wacky Warehouse

I take my daughters to play at 13:15pm on Sunday 1/10/23 be there not long the staff till me it time up at 13:50pm i when down to see the staff and say I just get her not 90mins yet why the time up so soon she till me it her computer say it 90mins I say No because I look at the time when I pay because I know we have 90mins play. Just after I till staff she not say anything back to me just sever next person me and my daughters just leave the place. Am not come back again the place it smelling I go there because nearly from are house.

Helpful, friendly staff. Ample space in play area. Lots of activities for kids, just check their website for details! Food here is delicious!

Play area was good, unfortunately we wanted something to eat for our dinner while we were there, and were told that the kitchen wasn't open until 12 o'clock. We were then told at 12 o'clock that the kitchen wasn't open due to a lack of staff. If we'd had known this we'd of gone later or to an alternative venue. We left a bit disappointed.

Only stayed about 10 mins. I had to take my grandson to the toilet and they were very smelly. The whole place looked tired tbh. So left immediately.

Short staffed i have two kids and came here for food It took over 45mins for food to arrive. Then the food was was over cooked had a lasagna couldn't eat it rock hard won't be coming here again

Honestly.. never going back.The place is really run down. We had food delivered to the table on ROASTING plates for a 2yo (I actually dropped it), then we were delivered pasta with no sauce.. asked for the sauce which was literally plopped on top from the fridge.. asked for refund and sent it back to the kitchen! Then my 2yo picked up a Ibuprofen tablet from the table next to us (not cleared) and went to eat it!! Never moved so fast! Traumatic!

Such a fab find for us! We've never been before, lovely laid back and chill atmosphere, friendly staff and a great place for food

21st October 2023 family went as a get together ,as we all lived in different areas...The play area was awful,dirty,the toilets needed shutting down the machine that cost £2for a toy never worked so the lady had to let my grandchildren choose a toy from a dirty clear bag, it ruined the fun of trying to grab a toy out of the machine..we then proceeded to the pub next door to eat...Sat evening and only one person serving so it was 15min in a que to order...some of the food came out that we never ordered,..the noise on the next table was atroches...5 children included one set of triplets....while I'm not bothered by children but I do expect parents to keep them quite,as other people were eating....never again the whole place was a shambles..

Always bring the kids here, staff are always lovely and helpful. Can easily let the kids play and still be able to see them. Friends little girl banged her eye and the staff gave her a toy from the machine for being brave with the cold compress, then my little boy accidentally lent on the fire door and the staff we're very proactive checking that all the kids were still in the building and asking parents to check there kids were inside. We'll done xxx
