Brad came to service our Air source heating He was very knowledgable about our heating system and gave us a comprehensive report. The booking process was very easy and the communication was brilliant too.Excellent value for money and we will be using him in the future. Great after care and when I had a question about the heating he came back to me straight away. Highly recommend.

Bradley's team has been servicing the NIBE boiler in my flat since I moved here 9 years ago.The team are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.Michal carried out a repair today, a friendly guy happy to explain everything and really knows his stuff.The service is reasonably priced and great value with the year round support over the phone. Something I’d not had from another company I’d previously used and had not repaired it.To follow up Michal came out to do the remedial work when the new parts came in. Bradley at Green Heat has been servicing and repairing our NIBE Heat Pump and underfloor heating system for the last two years. His work has always been of great quality - quickly identifying problem areas and getting them fixed quickly (even though we're in London, which isn't exactly around the corner for him). Recently Brad managed to talk us through fixing an issue with our under floor heating pump on the phone - took about an hour but with his expert guidance we got it working on the day with little fuss and no call out charge. Brad is friendly and happy to explain what he's doing in plain English. His prices are reasonable and he's always quick and courteous in his response to queries. Overall, highly recommend - particularly for anyone with a NIBE system, which are good but not without their quirks.

Amazing services by Brad and his team. We had a massive problem with our boiler. Green-Heat Renewables helped up mitigate the problem over the phone until they were able to come by and fix it. Super responsive, super knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone.

We've had issues with our Nibe exhaust air source heat pump for quite some time. Brad from Green-Heat is an expert that specialises in these systems. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issues that other mechanics struggled with for months. He went above and beyond and did a full inspection of the system to make sure it was setup in an efficient and correct way. We are very happy with the service.

Bradley is excellent! Best person to service and repair NIBE boilers that I have found! Very good value for money, friendly, responsive, honest bloke. I am shielding and he has been really great about minimizing the risks for me with coming into the flat. Agree with the other reviews that he goes above and beyond. Cannot recommend him enough!
