What wonderful teachers! Their support, encouragement and extensive knowledge have helped me overcome some of the toughest challenges in my life. It is really amazing to find a model that works for who you are, where you are at your own pace. I admire their generosity and creativity.I can highly recommend VisionWorks events and Sue and Jeff Allen as coaches.

I know Jeff and Sue for about twenty years now,as teacher, collegues and loving friends. Through all those years these two have always been there, with their help, support and guidance no matter what was going on in my and everyone elses life. And that was quite a lot.Sue and Jeff are excellent, loyal and compassionate coaches, you can feel 100% secure working with. Sue is soft, tender, loving, empathic, brave and a clear teacher. Sometimes it feels as if a fairy blessing me with her wand, when she is saying a clear blinking sentence, which opens the curtains, the windows and illumine a room inside of me, what has been dark for a long time.And Jeff has a huge heart, you can dive deep with, always inspired, loving, creative, and powerful. Working with him is for me, as if a big sea bear is carrying me over a rough sea and placing me into in a juicy oasis full of light.Yes, and the model they are teaching is certainly one of the best and deepest healing models of the world right now.Me too, I have been running away on the hill myself. Finally only to recognize that I was running away from beeing touched by love.So if you see any chance for a seat in a seminar with Sue and/or Jeff or for a coaching with one of them, take it immediately.

Sue’s work is unethical in its delivery. She works with clients beyond her abilities and sees damaging them as nothing more than part of the job. Her group work is as performative as any traditional snake oil session would be.The prospect of her and Jeff being permitted near children with their lack of personal responsibility is concerning.Most people harmed by these two run for the hills, as per the design of all psychology of vision related training where it’s seen as the individual resisting their help, not the responsibility of the trainer.There are so many other choices and options for mindfulness and mental health support both for adults & schools. I strongly advise seeking one of those. These cult linked people are best avoided - however reasonable they may initially sound.

Sue and Jeff Allen are both experienced, skillful and compassionate coaches in their own right.
