Had a top experience buying a VW Polo. From calling Wilshers and speaking to Ian, he gave me an honest description of the car over the phone before travelling to view it.On arrival at Wilshers I was greeted by Ian who showed me around, what I can only describe as an immaculately presented VW Polo. My family have been customers at Wilshers for years and I came from London especially to buy a second hand car from them. The experience was so much nicer than buying from the big dealerships. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Rod I left the same day with an automatic VW Golf that I’m really pleased with and a part ex on my own car.

Amazing experience buying a car from these guys. They weren't the cheapest, but the car has been a diamond and the service was exceptional.Car was 7 years old and had 80k miles. I've added 35k over two years. It passed the two MOT's with no advisories, and I've only spent on brakes, tyres and fresh oil.I hope they're still trading when I need my next car.

Called ahead to make sure it was okay to come and view the car, soon as i got there the car was ready for me to look at. Very friendly and polite, Rod answered any questions i had and i was able to go for a test drive. Felt completely at ease buying my car here, this garage seems to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and do everything they can to help :)

Bought used VW Golf with very low mileage. To date no problems and car is performing well. I was able to make an appointment time to view and test drive the car over phone. Deal on car and part exchange made on visit. Collected car one week later at my convenience, it had been serviced and in very clean condition.The paperwork was dealt with efficiently, car had been taxed prior to collection and the registration documents arrived on predicted day from DVLA, followed by a road tax rebate on my old car.

We recently bought a VW Polo here for my daughter's first car. Really customer-focused approach, ensuring that the vehicle was what we really wanted. When we collected the car, some issues that had arisen during the service had been sorted within the original agreed price which was really appreciated. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting great service and a choice of quality cars. We will also be going back for any servicing or repairs due to the friendly and honest service we received.

I bought my car back from them In may 2021, I was very pleased with my experience and love the car. I then booked my car in for a service, was generously given a courtesy car for the day. When I went to collect my car, I noticed a chip on the drivers side of the windscreen. They offered to pay the excess on my windscreen replacement. Overall I was very happy with the service and experience I received. Thank you again.

I just bought a car from Wilshers and was very pleased. Rod is a friendly and helpful salesman answering any questions you may have. The car had been serviced and looked great with all the relevant paperwork and I was able to take it for a test drive. The transfer process didn't take long and they even filled the tank up for me, nice gesture. I would highly recommend this garage. A+

Top garage with mechanics that have extensive years of experience. Maybe their success is detrimental to keep on top of the amount of work. Don't hesitate in using them though.
