First time I've been here. Had no appointment fitted me in. Ive not checked the tyre ( part worn ) as it was dark. So leaving a neutral rating.

Friendly guy but should ask if i want winter tyres or not i iturned down winter tyres at another place to come there to pay 7 pound more for the same tyres so guys if u dont want winter tyres just tell him i left him to it didn't even get a choose which tyre i like as i do in nearly every other place

They put faulty tyres on my car, 1 of the tyres had an egg in. Would not refund me but offered me a credit note which I did not accept. My car has not driven the same since these unqualified people touched it. They need shutting down as they have no idea about cars!!I would not recommend this place to anyone, please use a reputable tyre company to replace your tyres.I wish I had never gone here as this has cost me more than it should have due to the fact of them not knowing what they are doing.I Spoke to the manager who was extremely unhelpful and very unprofessional. The manager told me to accept a credit note as they do not refund. Other customers at the tyre place that day was shocked and could not understand what the staff were doing.I had all my wheels changed elsewhere by a professional and gave this company back there faulty tyres as I do not want them to touch my car ever again, they can keep the money I paid for them as they have no use to me or anyone!!Absolutely disappointed with the service overall and never again will I use or recommend this business to anyone. This was an experience from hell.

Reasonable price pleasant service would definitely use again

Had 2 part worns fitted on front of car, firstly they lost my locking wheel nut off one wheel, then lied to my face and told me it didn't have one, when I set off I had dangerous wheel wobble and car was handling poorly and it wasn't before. On top of this they didn't return locking nut key, and went to kwik fit to have work checked and both tyres they fitted are no good as have cracks all way through tread and wall, the wheels have not been balanced and was charged £60 for the pleasure.Will be visiting to express how angry I am that they put mine and my families life in danger.They advertise as being cheapest but they were dearest with the worst service and products.
