I purchased a second hand Sur Ron, on the way home from picking it up, I stopping it Stag Motorcycles as I wanted a new chain and sprocket as well as some tyres.And I have to say iv not had such good customer service in a long time. Steve told me to get the bike out of the van and he will give it a once over with no charge!! Amazing.The new showroom was also fantastic and and all the parts were very well priced thanks so much for your help.

Bought a sur-ron from Steve @ stag last weekend. Bike is perfect for my needs and Steve is a very helpful chap. I'll be back for servicing and upgrades before long!!

Maximum effort is always given by stag everytime i use them from a sprocket for my surron light bee to a talaria bike for my son and wheels for my storm bee just the best customer service...not a faceless company selling bikes and parts but a caring team looking to help and advise 5stars from me

Amazing service, every member of staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond and made the whole process so easy. Delivery was so quick and the chap was really helpful also! Will be using these guys again in the future and would highly recommend.

Huge shout out to Brad and the crew for giving my freedom back.After being hit hard with covid, I have had to give up a plethora of outdoors sports 1 being my MBT as my lungs are now buggered and it's been 2 years since I've been able to get out as I struggle to walk further than 100mtrs.Brad sorted me right out with a talaria Sting, and now I'm back out (for a short period of time as I'm still knackered). but the level of customer interaction was epic, they talked me through every step of what bike does what and how long it would take for delivery, also kept me updated where the shipment was and then dripped off the bike good to go.Thank you guys for getting me out again 5 stars really doesn't really cover how greatfull I am.Thanks guys.
