Asked for a picture printed on a t-shirt in memory of someone, fir an Xmas run my husband was doing. Got it home, wrong size t-shirt, picture blurred, writing didn't match up. Also wasn't given the original picture back.Was told by member of staff I could have a refund and a replacement, when I spoke to manager, was told no, one or the other. Said do another t-shirt. Took it in on a Monday managers said she would ring me Tuesday when it was done. No phone call all week. Went into the shop on the Saturday to ask about it, was ready just couldn't be bothered ringing me it seemed like.

I had photos restored by another company £88, not impressed went to Max st Helens an got same photo restored totally different! very impressed so I got two more restored, staff are more than helpful they are brilliant.

If you need fantastic service Max Spielman Photos in StHelens is the place to go. Even if you are unfamiliar with digital printing, as I am have no worries. The staff are excellent, friendly and very professional. All I had to do was to explain what I needed and was given great guidance. Such a shame that I can only give them maximum ratings. They deserve much more.

Easy to print your photos if you know how to do it & only 59p a photo. Help is at hand but there's only 1 lady in the shop so you may have to wait.

I can't thank the girls Vicki, Yvonne and Sam enough for today. Layla had a cake smash for her first birthday and the whole experience from booking to end was amazing. Layla got a little overwhelmed and the girls didn't hesitate, told me I can feed her and to take my time, even though there were customers coming and going I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I didn't get 'the hard sell' at the end I came away with what I wanted and I am more than happy with that. Highly recommended this experience for any child. Thank you so much.Jenny. Xx

I went to St Helen's Speilmans to make a photo book for my father in laws 90th birthday. The young sales man was excellent from start to finish. He helped with the technology and gave excellent advise and support. We are eagerly awaiting the book next week , but so far we are very pleased with the service. I am sorry I did not get his name, but we shall certainly be back.
