Absolute shambles they've moved to another location which is less than half the size of the other shop, got my daughters feet measured which turned out to be half a size smaller & a width narrower than last year, girls shoes had no variety whatsoever & not in her size. Went to the Chichester branch the following day got measured again and was the correct size, in & out within 10mins staff certainty knew what they were doing in there. Never going back to Gunwharf Quays agsin

Tash was very pleasant to deal with, very professional, like asking what sort of clothes I wear so he could match up the perfect shoes I was looking for. He knew what he was talking about, and in a friendly manner. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes due to a great deal that was running. Well done Tash, it was a pleasure and I will be back.

I visited store yesterday, I was looking something special for my husband. Girl called Jade was extremely helpful, went to the store room and brought exactly what I was looking in seconds, then at check out I was served by Jack who was really kind, smiley faceso they made my dayexcellent service

Really bad customer service. We selected our shoes in store and whn they announced the store is closing in 2 mins, went straight to checkout. There was a queue, and the staff had only 1 counter open. They served 2 customers in front of us, and when it was our turn, they said its 5 o'clock, and they can't accept anymore payments. So they did not let us purchase. Worst customer service or just not interested in doing business. All other stores in gunwharf quays were processing payments for customers who were already in Store.....clarks store is the worst!!!

Great support for kids fitting. My son wears a fixed splint which makes finding a pair of shoes extremely difficult. The staff in this store, namely Gypsie and Kerry, could not have been more patient and supportive. They took their time to understand our individual needs and we walked out happy with a pair of shoes. One of the least stressful shoe shopping trips ever.

Great store to get cheaper shoes, Lovely school shoes and shoes for my little boy.Today I would say they need more staff upstairs when busy. Great service at the till as always.

Great customer service at the store today. Freddy was super helpful, polite and friendly. He worked brilliantly with my two sons to measure their feet and found them a pair of shoes each at a fantastic price point. Very pleased - thank you Freddy!
