I have used Graingers sparingly over the past 5 years.They have changed hands a couple of times. They have a fair selection of things but they are not as on top of things since their last change of owner (it feels anyway).Not too expensive and not too cheap. They are middle of the road. If they are on your doorstep they are worth a visit.

Really good selction of equipment and supplies for most light builds. Garden and fencing hard material are excellent quality.Easy access. Family run business.

Avoid this place at all costs absolutely rubbish customer service skills theirs no social distancing in the shop and the owner is very rude and discourteous

I ordered 4 fence panels on a Sunday afternoon and they were delivered a couple of hours later really good strong panels at a very reasonable price too. Very pleased with their service.

Do not book a delivery! Very helpful in the shop telling me he had everything in stock and could supply the same day if I had delivery. Based on this I went ahead and ordered and booked delivery. Nothing arrived the same day and I then spent another 5 days calling to be given different excuses as to why delivery was delayed. It finally arrived on the back of a tipper rather than a lorry with a crane arm. Items were literally slid off the tipper all over the garden. 5 days late and front garden a mess. Will not be using again.
