The customer service is shocking. I have asked for my details and rent to be processed correctly. Still not sorted after 5 months. That’s with numerous phone calls and emailsRarely get a call backDisappointing service

I regret to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Chase Buchanan, particularly in dealing with Justin. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and entirely unsatisfactory.Despite my repeated attempts to communicate, there has been a blatant lack of responsiveness. Justin, in particular, has consistently failed to answer calls or address concerns promptly, demonstrating a disregard for basic professional communication.This level of service is unacceptable and has resulted in a severe detriment to my overall experience with Chase Buchanan. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to exercise extreme caution and explore alternative options with more reliable and customer-focused estate agencies.

Absolutely useless.They think they still manage the property I rent and have now sent another invoice for 3 months rent!As they are ignoring my messages and response to a phone call from them - they get this review!Landlords and tenants beware. They don’t have a clue about which properties they manage! Or perhaps they rely on their computer system which they fail to update!
