Urban Wellness Float

There are not enough positive words to describe the Urban Wellness Float and the Hub more generally. Floating facilities are always spotless, always running to time (I’ve went for plenty and never once had to wait for even a minute). The floating experience itself is incredibly rejuvenating and having dabbled in nearly every complimentary therapy going, I could not recommend the floating experience here more. The best part of the whole offering is undoubtedly the people who are some of the loveliest, kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. Never encountered a business which embodies its ethos quite like this one! A forever customer.

Thoroughly enjoyed, and feel I have personally benefitted from my first experience of a Float. All anxiety was addressed by staff making it such an easy to process going over everything precisely and thoroughly, before entering this very new experience. Totally relaxed throughout, and feel any aches I had concerns about, have been more than relieved afterwards. Definitely going to return. What a wonderful way to spend an hour. A lovely place, warm and friendly. Everything was explained properly and I felt I was in good hands. Thoroughly relaxing and I will definitely be back.

I had another amazing float at Urban Wellness Hub last week! I work supporting other people so looking after myself is important. Booking a float is something I look forward to and always feel the benefits. After the float my body and mind feel 'defragged' and 'rebooted', ready for anything!I recommend having a float to my clients, friends and family all the time. I want them to feel as good as I do!

Had quite a bad blockage in my ear & sought treatment from the Wellness hub. Delighted with the result of treatment received. Very quiet, relaxed atmosphere with no sitting around in a waiting area. Staff put you at ease & provide a great service, would highly recommend.

A totally amazing experience! I wasn't sure what to expect for my first float but my consultant Fiona put my mind at rest and answered all of my questions and more. It is absolutely WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I really enjoyed my first float session it helped me feel calm and relaxed can’t wait to enjoy more sessions to see the accumulative effects. The staff are so friendly and really put you at ease from the minute you walk in.

I wasn't sure what to expect from my first float but Heather put me instantly at ease, welcoming me and reminding me of how best to enjoy my float experience.It took a few minutes to settle in, I felt a bit tense in my shoulders but this soon eased off. My usually busy brain quickly emptied. I felt a bit warm as my session ended but the cool shower afterwards felt amazing and I emerged extremely chilled out and relaxed. Looking forward to booking another session soon and definitely recommend trying it at least once to tick it off your bucket list!

What a friendly welcome I received when I arrived for my float.The lady explained everything from start to finish, showed me inside to float room and went over safety aspects.The cleanliness is outstanding from the front door onwards. The heated flooring is lovely.Once in the float room the music and lights are so relaxing. Floating is strange to begin with but then you feel totally relaxed.I'll definitely be back. I wish I had time to look at the crystals etc, next time.
