Mega Fancy Dress

What a joke, I will never use this company again, costume arrived on 26th afternoon size doesn't correspond to description on the package, was not even able to try it as too small and very poor quality fabric see through and very thin. it was returned next morning on 27th, to be told is worn and stained just not to issue refund. That's not a way to run business and try to rip off customers by lying and making issue up.Well done Mega Fancy Dress you just lost a customer

Got a very short notice invite to a function which required fancy dress and taking place the next day. Selected and ordered items for next day delivery. Mega Fancy Dress phoned me a short time after placing the on-line order to query one of the items and that was quickly sorted. Order arrived as promised the next day and I was well pleased with the outfit which was complimented on at the function. Would definitely use them again.

First time using them, was so pleased with the delivery time came quicker than expected, I ordered 3 Princess dresses and they were all beautiful and great quality for the price. Would definitely order again, thank you I will have one happy little girl on Christmas Day.

paid extra for next day delivery last night and costume still hasn't arrived - also number doesnt work and ive received 0 correspondence regarding the delivery - my event is tomorrow and I'm still waiting.If it doesn't come tonight (which I doubt considering the time) I'm getting a full refund

It’s great to see a fancy’s dress shop run their online store well.We tried another fancy dress shop before this and they failed to monitor their online sales or send us what we ordered.These guys were the opposite – they were very much on top of it.Our order was dispatched quickly and when I asked about not getting a confirmation or dispatch email, they replied (on Instagram) promptly and politely.Our outfits fit and we’re looking forward to wearing them.

Great Company to deal with, fast delivery, great quality costumes. Had no issues and good communication with seller. I was kept informed of all stages of my order until received. My son loved them and had great fun playing.

I bought a rainbow sword and the item was not in good order . I wrote a review to express my disappointment and I got a reply in a very short time, I was surprised .I got a replacement in less than 48hrs and its in good order.This is impressive and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family...Thank you.

I ordered the Voodoo Witch for women outfit, size medium. When it arrived, the package said M, but the contents were L. Unfortunately, L was mega big and I think even M would have been huge for me. After sending photos, the company agreed to send me a pre-paid returns label but refused to replace the outfit with size small, as I had ordered Medium in the first place. Outfit was good quality, but I wont try to order from this company again. I think I'd rather order from a company that does it's best to help its customers. Because of this I don't have a new outfit for my party. Next year, I will order from a company that does free returns AND offers alternative size etc etc. Don't let this put you off though, you might just be lucky and get the size that you ordered and it might just fit you too.

Costume arrived quickly but had to swap for a smaller size. I only live 10 mins away from their business so wanted to return the item. I emailed to ask and got a standard template email back. Went down there but post box was too small. So had to go to the post office spend £3 to send it plus more for them to post a new one- bit of a waste of money
