Awful awful experience. They completely butchered my sisters hair, then did an even worse job when they ‘fixed’ it. She was also left with an orange line around the top of her head where they’d left the colour on too long. They have ignored all correspondence from her and haven’t given her a refund. You go to the salon to make yourself feel good and they made her feel horrible about herself and now are ignoring anything to do with it, which is utterly shameful. Save your money and go somewhere else.

First visit to salon and had a half head highlights and cut and blow dry on special offer with new graduate Katie. She cut my hair really well to my liking. The colour of the highlights was nice too. Friendly and polite stylist.

Jessica saw me and she was kind and professional and gave her honest opinion and I ended up taking her advice . I don't regret it one bit. I wholeheartedly recommend them, they are nice and welcoming and they make you feel empowered. Thank you Jessica!!

It was my first time here and I have to say, I will definitely be coming back! I suffer with anxiety and after some negative experiences in hairdressers, I haven't had a proper haircut in years. Dana did a fantastic job, she was very patient, helpful, and made my hair look beautiful. The salon was extremely clean, all the staff (and customers) were using masks and hand sanitiser so you will feel completely safe here, my appointment was on time...the list goes on! Thank you!

Jess is a great Senior Stylist, everyone is very friendly. Beautian Emma is very skilled too. In safe hands all round - they listen if you have a certain look etc in mind.

Took my 9 year old daughter for a hair cut. What a fantastic place. Really friendly staff. The place was clean and tidy, they were all so helpful and professional. Would highly recommend
