The care I received from BCRM was second to none. I felt supported throughout my fertility journey and now have a gorgeous little boy as a result. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Seen Dr Abhiruchi Paisal for check up and scan to make sure everything is good if we can try for baby .She was looking a bit inexperienced it took her 2 mints to compete my scan and she said everything looks good. Few days later I offered a scan through nhs and they suspected a polyp on the neck of my womb and I been told not TTC till further investigation.

We cannot recommend this clinic enough. After having 2 very poor and unsuccessful rounds with our local clinic, we branched slightly further afield and we cannot be more grateful for the team at BCRM. Our local clinic had given up on us, saying their only recommendation would be to use donor, but BCRM were hopeful for us from the get go. We ended up with 5 top quality AA embryos and a BCB and we have become pregnant on our first transfer. Every single team member have been incredible from start to finish and involved in our journey, rooting for us every step of the way. I would recommend them 1000 times over. Thank you BCRM

I cannot recommend Dr Price and the BCRM team enough. It took 3 egg collections, 6 transfers and 2 chemials but I'm currently breastfeeding my 6 day old baby gir! I couldn't be more grateful to the team. Dr Price was kind and always so positive! Every time we had a set back she had another medication/procedure to try and in the end in all paid off. Dr Price had fertility issues herself which I do think helped and she knows how awful this journey can be. We saw 2 other consultants at various points and they just were not the same and I felt like a faceless patient to them rather than an individual with specific needs. All the nurses were also fantastic!

BCRM is an exceptional centre for anyone needing fertility support. Our visits to clinic were always preceded by the knowledge that we were in the hands of experienced practitioners who take a personalised approach to patient care. We appreciated the nursing staff's kindness and patience, allowing us to ask the many questions we had. They always made us feel at ease through what can be considered a daunting time for any couple or individual. Although we were NHS funded, we were never made to feel less important and this proved how high the professional standards are amongst the whole team. Thank you to the nursing staff, consultants, surgery staff and front desk for providing such a positive experience.

The centre is absolutely lovely in every way. It's modern, sleek and spotless, you feel really comfortable there and like you are in really safe hands. The staff genuinely care about you and go out of their way to support you and your partner. Carrie is absolutely amazing and I could not have done this journey without her, she was with me every step of the way and explained everything in a kind and caring way. All the theatre staff made me feel at ease when I was feeling vulnerable and the staff in the lab work miracles. I particularly loved that we got a USB with our embryo growing, its really special and we can't thank the centre enough.

I cannot express how incompetent these appear to be. I only came for blood tests, and on each of the three occasions they got it wrong. First time, I didn't get the results until the next morning when the only reason I came here was because I needed same day results and I was assured this was standard. Then both the second and third times, the blood tests were done incorrectly when I was explicitly told that the third time they had put things into place to make sure it didn't happen again. It caused so much stress at a very vulnerable and important time. I would never trust this place with actual fertility treatment given how poor the experience has been with merely getting blood tests. Luckily we're with a far better clinic that is competent and has much better statistics for my age group.

Thanks to the wonderful staff myself and Wife and now mother and father to a beautiful 4 month old baby girl.I will always be eternally grateful for this and the NHS.We have multiple embryos in the freezer so we might meet you again at some point in the near future…once I’ve had some sleep!Thanks again and forever!

We first visited BCRM for an open day & instantly loved it! The clinic itself is beautiful, we always felt so welcome there. Every staff member we have dealt with have been amazing, the care we have received has honestly been top tier. We are super lucky to say our first round of ICSI has been successful & can’t thank the team enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back and highly recommend them!!
