From my very first phone call to handing over my keys, the staff were polite and helpful. Jack spent a lot of time explaining all my options until we came to an agreement. Beth was friendly and dealt with every query quickly and efficiently. The delivery and collection of my existing car was also a pleasure with 'Baba’ delivering my new Mercedes on time and excellent condition. Thank you all and I would highly recommend.

Very helpful and friendly visit. We saw Tiernan who showed us what we came to see and had it all prepped for us which was very good. We the. Asked to see about 5 other cars and nothing was to much trouble. He promptly answered our questions and if he didn't know the answer he did his best to find out. We had been to alot of dealerships and garages over the last week and this visit was by far the best experience we had ! Thank you very much we walked away very happy and ended up purchasing a vehicle here. We will also be coming back for future vehicle purchases

Great experience with this company and Bill!I didn’t feel like I was being ‘sold’ a car but rather being advised and guided on what was the best option within our budget. Due to work commitments my partner and I could not visit till late afternoons, Bill stayed later than he needed to and was exceptionally patient. I felt Bill was totally honest and trustworthy! I would recommend Ridgeway Cars to anyone!

No pressure selling, we were able to walk around and get in any car we wanted, other than letting us know where the office was and offering a cup of tea we were left to our own devices. When in the office Tiernan was friendly and knowledgeable and happy for our son to play with there cup holders while we talked about cars we were interested in. Customer service is really good they gave the car a full service before we picked it up and free AA break down for the year was a bonus.

Recent viewed and purchased a new car, everything has been brilliant, viewing and test drive was great and went seamlessly. After receiving the car I had a few aftercare issues such as a number plate light failing, after contacting the aftercare team, all of the issues i had were addressed and fixed. The team they're are all extremely helpful and lovely!
