Brilliant service. I had a suspension problem with my Velar, I called JD and they asked me to go over immediately, after a very short wait, John plugged in his diagnosis and found the fault, we booked the car in for the repair along with a service the following week.I dropped the car off a week later and they called me at 2pm to let me know it was all done and no other issues found, it was all a fair bit cheaper than I expected but John and Dave gave me complete confidence that they really knew their stuff.A very professional company, I will certainly use them again and cant recommend them enough, well done guys...

Highly experienced Land rover specialists. Father and son team both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Fitted me in last minute for a brake repair before a long trip in my Rang rover sport. Will be using them regularly for maintaining my vehicle.

Avoid complete time wasters. Had car booked in for cambelt replacements. Two hours after I had dropped my car off, got a call to say cant do it because the tool they needed to do the work had been broken. Told they would let me know when replacement tool had arrived. I rang 10 days after & was told the new tool had still not arrived but was promised they would contact me to rearrange work. After another 2 weeks no call I rang back & the car was booked in again. Then get a call the day before the job to say they had a family emergency & would contact me to rearrange. 3 weeks still waiting. This has been going on since April, if they don't want the work, just say so!

Went to see John today as my land rover had a urgent fault.. phoned up at lastminute and he said bring your evoque in straight away. The level of service we received from thiscompany is outstanding. Both Dave and John provide a 5 star service. They are simply brilliant and go out of there way to get your land rover back on the road. Cannot praise them enough. this man is a genuine expert who will try everything NOT to let you be fooled by the standard dealership car service. I popped in and he was on the phone to a guy in France and he was pleading with him not to waste 1200 € in France but to assure him it was safe to get it home And bring it to him it will cost no more than £150. Once he finished the call I told him I was informed by LR Salmon in knutsford Pads and discs required £900 He checked the car and said “Ridiculous-front pads only at least 5000 miles left on discs” so I smiled and said “there are not many of you left” -30 years all over the world with Land Rover.... he is genuine

Absolute nightmare. Was only interested in telling me how bad land rovers are (heard him saying the same to every other customer that came in). Went out of his way to find faults to prove his point and then had absolutely no interest in fixing any of them.Has made me dread driving my car.When I finally got him to agree to do some work it took him over 2 weeks to bother making an appointment (which was a further 2 weeks down the line).Bizarre that he's happy to spend 20 minutes telling you stories of doom about your vehicle, but cant be bothered spending 5 minutes to book you in.I really wanted this garage to be the reliable and interested garage they appeared to be during my first contact with them... but sadly not.
