TSB Bank

Staff are always very friendly. Two drawbacks are that there is no cash machine inside so you have to withdraw outside the building (less safe and also less comfortable) and there is no cash deposit machine like in other locations.

Been ringing for days, no one answers the phone, I cannot access any of my on line banking and need help........ Helps if you corks talk to someone

I was treated very professionally the branch staff were very supportive and help me get through my own enquiry with all the support and information I needed...this was a good experience.

Thanks to the government making Lloyds Bank take over other financial institutions, thus putting Lloyds into the same bad situation as all the other bank's, Lloyds became a lot bigger. And after a few years the government decided it was too big so told it to split it's self up.So the once proud TSB building society, taken over by Lloyds, became a bank.I'm sure you have all been aware of the technical problems they had but all is well now and the bank is doing ok.This branch has excellent staff and lots of ££££. Well it's actually the members ££ they just look after it for us.So if you have a need for £££ withdrawal or deposit and are a member then this branch is perfectly situated in the city centre for you.

Banking app is as useless as customer services that put phone down after sending half the information you need then when you call up again you get a stupid automated telephone system that tell you your account balance twice, I would recommend NatWest for app ability and Nationwide for customer service...Good luck...!

Reduced opening hours to 10-2? Why, your still paying the staff just to sit at home through Covid, wish i could i still have to work 12 hours,

Very Helpful and amenable staff always ready to go out of their way or alter routine to oblige the customer. Easy going but efficient.
