Brought a car unseen and untested and had it delivered to my office on a Saturday! Wasn’t let down. The Audi was as described, drives beautifully and I was kept informed and updated along the way. I got a personalised video prior and any minor cosmetic work taken care of prior.There was lots that could have gone wrong in the way I brought the car but the honesty and integrity of the team alleviated all of that. I would happily buy another car from the motor group and recommend them.Thank you all.

Yesterday i bought Honda Civic 5d. Everything is great and very fast. Professional staff. They helped me choose and issue an extended warranty for the car. I had questions about the battery, but everything was resolved in 30 minutes. Thanks Shauna for your professionalism and patience.

Shauna was great with the handover, very professional and bubbly,Corrie was very patient with me after deciding to go with the Superb after originally going for the A6 avant and the whole process was easy, he even stayed late for us one evening after work so my partner could test the car before a deal was made.

Beware I bought a car from this dealer and when i picked the car it had a gear problem. I returned it the next day and rejected the car but they refused and insist i need to take it back. They then fixed the car and denied the car had problem when i retuned it. They tested and agreed it had a problem and asked me to leave it so they can fix it. I told them i am leaving as i rejected the cr and wanted refund. They are now saying car has no fault when they checked it. Be careful dealing with them. Get them to put everything in writing or record them

DO NOT BUY BW14 GHVSTOP DELETING MY REVIEW ******I purchased this car on 24th September 2022Had a few issues with it,Red flashing oil light being the worst.They said they were going to make sure they repaired all faults with the car. Long story short took me 6 months to unwind the finance, they will claim they have fixed the car but believe me they’re lying. Also found out the passenger side and driver side wing mirror was stuck on with white sealant. Could’ve potentially been in a accident. Passenger side or the car also has a dent in the seal below the doors, which is structural damage. Also the turbo blew a few weeks later of me having the car. They told me to get the car diagnosed at a garage near me and I done exactly that and they then tried saying it was the garage that made the car a non runner when all they done was diagnose the car. Eventually they took the car back to do the repairs which took them about a month.Got the car back, within a week red flashing oil light was on. Got rac to come out and do a quick diagnosis. Came up with a lot of fault codes.Also when the csr was returned to me it had a major issue with the gearbox which they tried pinning on the garage I took the car to before.The car rolls in park and it don’t stop unless the electric handbrake is on. They might have repaired this I’m not too sure but please don’t not buy this car.They couldn’t provide me with a courtesy vehicle for the time it was in for repairs, couldn’t get a refund on the warranty I purchased.The motor group will try do whatever they could do to rob you. All they want is your money. The day I picked up the car their valeted curbed the wheels in the car park around the back right in front of me.They just want your money. Please take my advice and do not by this car or any other car from the motor group. Read all the bad reviews before purchasing any vehicle. That was one thing I didn’t do.(The motor group, I don’t want a response. Everything that I’ve mentioned is a not a lie)

Do not buy a car from this place! I have had nothing but hassle for 4 months trying to return a car that was sold to me on finance with £3000 worth of damage on it new tyres needed no seat belt buckle on front passengers side. The garage told me sat nav was working at time of sale, took it to the manufacturer for a full service and was told it hadn't been working for several months as the antenna was broken. Rejected the car and waited 4 month for a refund. Awful customer service. Picked the car up 3rd or march iv finally received my refund 20th July after a lot of time and effort. Stay away from this place

We recently brought a car and had an a really positive experience. We got given the keys shortly after arriving to have a look around on our own which was great, we took as long as we needed. All the staff was amazing, Shauna helped us with all of the paperwork and again, amazing. Can’t fault them in any way, such a friendly and polite team. Thankyou
