Steff altered my business suit, jacket and trousers, which are now very comfortable and fit me very well. It saved me a quite a lot of money as her costs were very reasonable. She obviously is an expert, but very approachable and friendly. I would recommend to others

Very disappointed with the service received took a coat in to have the zip replaced in October 2021, received a call at end of October telling me she had sourced wrong zip and that she needed to replace it and she would be in touch. I then received a call around December 19 and was told I needed to collect item the very next day as she was returning home for Xmas I couldn't make it as it was my daughters birthday stef then had a go at me as she wanted to collect all money in for her trip. Today as of 3rd of May 22 I received another call from stef reminding me that my coat was due to be collected and if I didn't collect by Wednesday she would be disturbing of my coat which I had forgot about I explained I get paid next week and again she came across aggressively. I don't know if she treats all customers like this but I'm offended with treatment by her. So now I presume she will disgard of my coat as I can't get there till next week. I will be going to trading standard and seeing if she is operating lawfully

Bought my sons joggers in for a tricky repair, and Steff did a brilliant, tidy job on them. So lovely to talk to as well! Would recommend :)

Steff is super talented and I highly recommend! Steff set my mind at rest with her assurances and confidence when I called upon her for a very last minute wedding dress alteration - she made sure my dress fitted perfectly in a very short amount of time - 5 days! She then quickly turned round the groom's trouser alteration, so grateful! All in all, excellent service from a professional.
