I received nothing but the most courteous and efficient service from the minute I walked into the Watford showroom from the friendly reception staff through to the sales staff. Richard Trup was ‘my’ salesman and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Buying a new Land Rover Defender was a daunting experience - there is plenty of IT stuff to go through - but Richard talked this IT numpty through it all. The end result was that the daunting experience became what it should have been - a very pleasant experience.

Polite sales consultant kept me regularly informed about the build. The showroom was classy and the purchase was straight forward. The dealership offered me a sensible trade-in price for my previous vehicle and the final handover was a pleasant experience. Unlike another dealership I originally approached, Group 1 were professional and courteous.

I got a fault on my Range Rover, and I got it booked in by Yasmin very quickly. She was courteous, knowledgable and ensure the job was done quickly. The fault was rectified and my car haven’t had any issues since. I also got a full complementary health check report on my car which was very useful, as it gives me an overview of the condition of the car in general. Positive and excellent service. Thanks especially to Yasmin for her excellent service that made the experience a very positive one - hence 5 star ratings.

I have purchased 5 cars from this dealership and given many referrals to friends and family who have also purchased from this dealership.I will never buy from this dealership again! You have lost my future business. If they can’t respect you or your time then i’ll happily take my business elsewhere! It has been over 2 months me waiting for my refund. It’s 5 working days max to issue a refund not 9 weeks and counting!Honestly I’m very disappointed in the way they have handled this. A simple refund was all that was needed. It didn’t need to end up in me writing this review!

The best sales service experienced from Range Rover group. To note, I would of never purchased this car if it wasn’t for Rose Mongiardi, where she made me feel very comfortable in purchasing my first car without my ex-husband. The whole purchasing process was dealt with in such a professional, friendly and overall great way. Highly recommend this service for their professionalism but also for their accommodating natures. Awful customer service! Owned a Range Rover for the past 3 years with the finance deal ending next year. We got a call asking us to come by and discuss selling/trading the car. We made an appointment to do so only to be met with over an hour of waiting past our appointment time with no word from the salesman. It was a huge waste of time and shows the poor management of this dealership. We ended up just leaving as there was clearly no sign of the salesman. Why call us to come down if you don’t even have time (nor respect) for us!?For anyone reading this, if your considering buying a Land Rover do yourself a favour and go to a dealership with a better rating.

My wife and I took my wife's car for repair (an Orange warning light appeared on the dash) and it needed its first service.We were warmly greeted when we arrived at the showroom by the meet & greet representative, who helped us check in our car on the self serve check in screen, then offered us coffee and biscuits while we waited for the car to be booked in by another service representative and arrange for our courtesy car to be delivered.We were kept fully informed by another mechanic about the progress of the cars repair by phone and text message and the car was ready for collection quicker than we expected.The service we received from Group 1 was outstanding from start to finish.
