Please avoid this store like the plagueMy niece's wedding outfit was meant to be made to measure but when she went for a fitting the outfit was very small, the lengha was too short and the embroidery on the chunni and lengha was a totally different colour to what my niece had chosen. absolute nightmareAfter a much heated debate the owners didn't have a choice but to do another measurement as they would not return the deposit which they should have due them messing the measurement and order.....then blame the poor tailor in India...Hello! You're the ones that took the measurementswhen my niece went for the 2nd fitting one off the chunni had the wrong embroidery colour on it so they had to loan her another one due to the short timeframe as they took so long it getting my neice her wedding outfit. They said they would replace the chunni with the same one but with the correct embroidery on it then tried to change it with a cheap tacky one that wasn't even a bridal chunniWhat should have been a good experience for my niece was an absolute nightmare for her and the familyThe owners will guarantee you that your outfit will be better than the sample one in the store but it ends up not even looking the samePlease ensure that you take someone with you if you decide to order from this shop as they will deny they said something If you correct themUpdate in response: Dear Himani Dhingra and Varun takkar I see that you have taken the time to reply to my review. I can't believe the way you are describing Natasha as she is the complete opposite of what you've just said. I also find it a bit scary how you openly admitted to recording her uncle without permission. it would be much appreciated if you stopped contacting my neice from multiple numbers and stalking her on social media. I would have be more than happy to come to your shop and resolve the issue however being recorded without my consent doesn't sit well with me. I wish you all the best. Kind regards
