Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, I purchased a Hoover fridge freezer, within 3 hours or so it was delivered, my old unit taken away, and working with all my frozen items back on line again. I would definitely use Jeans again for my next electrical item, the friendly and helpful way they do business definitely works for me.

A massive thank you to Mike and the team at Jeans Electrical. Last night our fridge/freezer was making really weird noises under the full load of Christmas food and this morning, Christmas Eve, is was not cooling anymore. Disaster!So, we were in at the Chapel Showroom for opening, surprised at the excellent range of Fridge Freezers on hand which we were able to check fitted our needs and able to make a purchase, right then, at a great price. Mike organised delivery, changing the side the door opens and a really challenging installation and by 11.30 the van was on my doorstep.12 o’clock and the food is back in the freezer and Christmas is saved! I thought only Santa would be prepared for deliveries today!What amazing service! Thank you so much.Merry Christmas.

My partner and I looked online for a new fridge-freezer and found Jeans Electrical to be local to us and to offer what we needed. I visited their showroom in a charming former church one Saturday morning and was shown around the products on offer for the budget I stated by Michael and everything was arranged very easily to deliver our new fridge-freezer and dispose of our old one on the day specified.On the delivery day, I rang the showroom and was told the van was on its way and it duly arrange within an hour. The new one was brought in and connected up being able to be used straight away and the old (which I'd had for twenty-three years!) was taken away.

Me and my husband needed a new fridge freezer and googled the closest place to us. Michael was outstanding with his knowledge and kindness. He left us be when needed and was so helpful when we needed him. He arranged delivery to us the following day, even it being a Sunday! Kindly took our broken fridge away and helped us get the fridge into the kitchen! Would definitely buy again from here and highly recommend!!Thank you Michael!

Proper customer service!My Mum, who is very unwell, came in to purchase a Shark cordless vacuum. The outing could have been very tricky, but the staff were friendly & very helpful, enabled my Mum to sit down & made the shopping experience very easy. The item wasn't in stock, so it was delivered to her home in 2 days. Thank you for making the whole experience a positive one.
