Excellent food a modern British classics. We ordered a couple of specials and they were amazing.Spoke to Chef Dan who was lovely and very passionate about the food and what’s to come. We will be back to try more of the delish food.The front of house staff needs training though they tried their best.

My wife and I chose this location as a halfway meeting point to pick up a car I had seen online. The manager and his team were very polite and courteous, We really enjoyed our Sunday roasts with a side of cauliflower cheese and stuffing balls. Unfortunately we were to full to sample the desserts. Would highly recommend and will be staying there next summer. Thanks again

Stayed before for a weekend but this time we travelled again just to try the food. We were lucky enough to get the specials which were scallops and sea bass dish. Guys I’m telling you those were the best. We also returned for lunch the next day and we were not disappointed. You must try the food. The chef is clearly doing a ln amazing job.Just a point of note: the front of house staff would so with a bit of training .Thank you for lovely food. We will be back

We had a lovely overnight stay on a Sunday. The staff were all unbelievable friendly and upbeat, mirroring the enthusiasm of the owner and his son, the food was of great quality and the room was comfortable and clean. We'd definitely stay again and recommend the same to others. Thanks to the whole team!

We have been for a family meal tonight to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The staff were lovely, and service for food and drinks were very quick. Portion sizes were huge ( great ). We will definitely be going back, and the Kebab was fab. Well done Chef and all waiting staff.

The best food and views. Beautiful place, friendly, great atmosphere. Very nice staff and the best food in the area. The live music was very good , the selection of beers on tap was great but what I will remember the most is the beautiful meal we had. I had steak and my husband had one of the specials. They were both lovely. Found out there is a new chef who took over the kitchen and he’s clearly doing a great job. I’ve been before around July time and food was good too though not as good as recently. I would recommend this place as a gate away or simply just a meal out of you are looking for delicious meal.

Gorgeous food mash potato was spot on as was the rest of the food. Reasonaby priced. In a good location bet its busy on a sunny day.Seated then had to wait a while to be offered drinks and then again to take our order. Wasn't busy at the time.Hasn't put me off we will be back

Food great staff stood about chatting not taking orders waited 20 minutes for the flattest tasteless shandy. after I mentioned about the wait they did serve us pretty quickly but should not have to say
