RUDE!!! UNHELPFUL! Followed me around the shop staring at me then followed me out the store! Weirdos! I asked for help with a product I'd previously purchased there and showed him the old one I had in my bag to match it up upon entering the store! They didn't have it nor did they go out of their way to assist me! He then followed me out of the store knowing FULL WELL I'd not bought anything as they didn't have what I wanted and never took their eyes of me or my body and asked if I had 'paid for' what was in my bag!!! Wouldn't leave me alone harassing me in the street till I showed him my bag was empty and so was the old product I wanted to match up that I'd already shown him immediately on my entrance!! AVOID!! Made me feel so uneasy and uncomfortable I'll NEVER go there again and I suggest noone else does, especially a woman on her own!!

Was in there today… and the male staff were so rude!!! Felt harassed to buy something or get out of the shop. I was the only white woman in the shop and did not see them being so rude to the black women.. I sensed some really bad vibes of the owner(extremely rude Asian man).. I will need to report this as discrimination to the necessary consumer authority.

Even with the new exterior/interior, things still haven’t changed. Hiring one black person doesn’t help your cause by the way, especially when they’re the friendliest and most helpful one. The rest? Just old men, standing in each aisle, watching you while you shop, no expertise to offer of course, not sure why they’re even there. Why are they needed if you have CCTV?It’s uncomfortable for customers Appalling. GO TO THE HAIR SHOP IN THE MARKET OR THE ONE NEXT TO IT!

Disgusting racist people own this place here, referred to us as ‘you people’ but own a black beauty hair shop and people will keep supporting them. The staff caused an accident, never truly apologised and referred to us as ‘you people’. Please stop supporting these businesses, buy from black owned shops or your local Boots and Amazon.

Don't get why we still continue to support this shop as selling black beauty products, as this business has no passion for black people or black beauty its all money making scheme for them, FIRST THEY RACIST, FOLLOWING YOU AROUND THE SHOP LIKE YOUR CRIMINAL, HAVE NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST your bested of going CCs if you really need black hair products.

I've been shopping for my hair at this shop for the last 10 years. The last two times i've been i've not been happy. I paid £150 for some hair which i was told 'is good quality hair' and after days it was malting and falling out at every touch. returning a while later i told them i want good hair which isn't going to malt like last time. I was told again that its good quality human hair and it doesn't malt. 3 weeks i've had this hair in my head and there's hardly nothing left. every time i touch it it malts,i cant brush it with the brush being thick of hair. Waste of money. Hate it.

Surprised by the negative reviews. The hair I bought today is super pretty and a good price. The lady in the shop was really patient and helped me find my perfect shade.
