A great service from start to finish. The range of carpets, materials and colours is excellent. The installation team was fast and efficient. The lagoon wool carpet we got installed massively upgraded the living room and we’ve had a lot of positive comments from friends about it. Looking forward to using Penwortham Carpets again.

Purchased a carpet from these guys only a few weeks ago, so happy with the result & service that we are carpeting another room now! Excellent local shop and no messing around; simple pricing that includes underlay, grippers & door plates. Wouldn't bother with the bigger companies after our last experience.

Sometimes people think going with a small family run business will mean higher prices but not with this company, the shop is well stocked with carpets, vinyls etc in any colour and design you could wish for.The staff all make you feel welcomed and are full of ideas and advice to help you make a choice.Mark, the owner and fitter will come to your house to measure up and give you the measurements that you require and a price.There are lots of sample books to borrow to decide what carpet, vinyl etc will look the best in your house.Mark is a brilliant fitter and Penwortham carpets has fitted all our house and he has also come back to refit when we needed to lift the carpet to get to the floorboards. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will always try their best to accommodate you.Would definitely recommend them to all our friends and family, who have all used them in the past.

Absolutely delighted with the two bedrooms carpeted by Mark and Stephen. Lovely small family business. Great service throughout. Just to mention of Sam in the office also, very friendly and pleasant. So glad I went with them and not the big companies. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

Mark and Steve have fitted a good quality vinyl flooring in our kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The service and quality are excellent and Mark could not have been more helpful and he was always punctual. Many thanks to Penwortham Carpets.

I think that last review was really unfair. How do you know you were comparing like for like quality products? My experience was completely the opposite. I found them to be extremely helpful, have a great range of carpets/flooring at different price ranges. Nice people to buy from and nothing was too much trouble when it came to measuring and fitting. I would certainly recommend.

Really happy with this company. We've used them a few times now and the service and workmanship is first class. Would highly recommend and when need will be using again in the future. Thank you guys.
