Extremely happy and an excellent job done on dry cleaning a coat which was special to me. Was my dads Burberry and now passed down to my son. The coat now looks like new and a very reasonable cost £13 to have it cleaned. Definitely would use again and recommend . Thank you

Staff are always helpful and friendly and always ask if you'd like a hot drink the place is clean and tidy and the 40°wash is £5.50 and then £3.50 for approx 30mins drying time which is good can't fault anything

Absolutely disgraceful service, menny times clothes came back the same as they went in, and staff that cant be bothered to even do service wash, unfriendly and miserable...(Correction) we have used you launderette menny time before, in fact you had to refund me £9.00 because no water came in to the machine. Our clothes came out bone dry from the washer.

Staff allowed a customer to put her dog bedding and blankets in a machine for washing despite my protest. After the wash I showed the staff member all the dog hairs that were left in the machine ready to ruin the next unsuspecting customers wash. Yuk!

First time I give someone negative feedbackI take my jacket and my friend jacket for wash ,after wash Cloth smelling very bad,The washing machine was broken and it smelled like foul water, I tried to Ask for help they were very rude and unprofessional. They even not bothered to say sorry ,I took my clothes to the different store and paid to do the job,The bad smell was completely gone.which is majority pay for it do not waste your money.
