The most helpful owner I have ever met! I had trouble with my passport and passport office gave me wrong info and told me I had to go to London. Well the owner sorted it all out in 7 minutes and my application has been approved thanks to the photo factory in Headcorn! Extremely grateful customer ! Thank you again Pauline

Nicely situated and easily accessible, very nicely presented shop, very clean and tidy.Good range of services that also includes a pick up service center for some courier companies.Staff are helpful and friendly.

We've had troubles getting Australian passport photos but Tim had it all covered. The way he put my 3 year old at ease and took a fantastic photo was wonderful to watch - he's an artist as well as a professional! Could not recommend him highly enough.

With every respect to ensure the printed photos or canvas I take home are indeed of the very best possible quality , that they can achieve from my own photos .I can honestly say Tim and staff go above and beyond to help and make time for the customers creating with great expertise just what we as the customer would like .…. . I wouldn’t go anywhere else .I love that they also have an online service where you can upload your phone photos from home , at leisure , and soon after collect prints from the shop ..
