Homelets have been excellent over the year we have been with them. As a student, you can struggle to get lettings agents that are professional and timely. Homelets ticked all these boxes, communication was perfect and we were left uninterrupted unless we needed their help. From our experiences in Bath and comparing with friends' experiences, Homelets are probably one of the best around.

We've just started our tenancy with HomeLets and have been very impressed with everything so far. The team have been great, especially Nikeisha for arranging everything before we moved in and Isabel since as our property manager 10/10

Marcus has been so helpful in getting my first rental property set up. Jodie has twice secured tenants on the first day of viewings and is very professional to work with. Isabel has gone above and beyond in helping me get the property ready for new tenants and with dealing with the day to day management of my property. I have had less contact with the rest of the team but everything runs smoothly so they are all doing a great job.

I am writing to share my experience of HomeLets and in particular Isabel Kaye. We have rented through them for 4 years since moving from Australia to England just before Covid. Isabel Kaye is our most recent Property Manager and she has been outstanding. She has been super approachable and personable from the onset. When she does a home inspection she is respectful of our home and not at all intrusive. She has not tried to impose her views on things that bother me about the property, she has just accepted we are struggling to live with it and has it sorted out very quickly. In particular our bathroom was quite a big piece of work as it needed repainting and a new blind. It was done within a week. Outstanding - I am so grateful.

Great experience with this letting agency who helped my son and his friends find the perfect property to rent in their final year despite them all being away working on placements. Isabel was incredibly helpful going the extra mile to assist. Highly recommended

Absolutely terrible agents and company! My poor daughter made the mistake of renting here, and they caused her nothing but pain, stress and annoyance to her. Tried to charge her for already broken goods, and appliances, luckily we had taken evidence beforehand and they switched up all of a sudden! Steer clear! Not to mention the terrible employees there too
