Place was atrocious!!! Chips dripping with grease and rotten. Barely anything available on the menu either. However wasn’t super pricey still not worth what it did cost considering the poor quality quality and small portion sizing was a joke. Husband had a pint and said it was lukewarm and poured poorly. Will not be returning!!!!

Connor the chef did absolutely amazing. The food was very good would highly recommend to any locals nearby. Service was very good thank you to Kate and Seb for helping deliver the customer experience we need. Will be back soon :)

Out of everything for food on Sunday! The staff look so confused and was not busy!In the end we ask what do you have available in the kitchen! So we order just 3 plate share! In the end is a Green king company pub! What do you expect???

Lovely little pub with amazing food (especially the hubters chicken, definitely recommend) the chef was in training, if that's what he cooks while in training then wow, when he's trained he will be fab. Lovely bar staff too and the overall vibe was relaxing and country.

I’ve been here a few times with friends just for drinks and it was really nice! But we went here for some drinks again and decided to get some food. The food we got was so disappointing, especially for the price we paid for it. The amount of food we got was tiny, and the actually quality of the food was terrible. It was later in the evening so it might just be the chef was tired, but it really made us rethink coming here again.

Nice decor but quite bad serviceNot a complete experience as it wasn’t busy and still quite difficult to out the order in.Trio of fries were really bad, oily and some tasteless sauces thrown on the fries plus a dirty plate underneath.

Visited before a fringe show, Naomi served us and was so friendly and helpful. Have us loads of recommendations of other pubs and gave us the stamp card for the walking trail, can't wait to complete it!
