My boiler was producing smoke and clearly needed some settings adjusted - unfortunately there there are hundreds of these and messing around with them can cause as many problems as it solves. Tim pointed me towards the settings to change, my boiler is now running smoke free.

Boiler broke down last weekend, got in touch with Tim, he replied promptly with instructions of what to do step by step, at first we couldn't get it going but tried again exactly what he said and low and behold it came on, I'm sorry I invaded his private space at weekend, but fair do's to him he replied back. Top man.

Really professional and friendly service. Tim is exceptionally knowledgeable about our system. He is always able to diagnose faults and carries the parts to make repairs straight away. He is punctual and reliable, flexible to work around our availability and responsive to emergencies - he came out on a Sunday once! He has serviced and maintained our boiler for over 6 years now and I have never been tempted to look for anyone else. He is pleasant to have around and he explains what he is doing so that there are no surprises. He provides an excellent service.

I called out of hours on a Sunday afternoon as my biomass boiler combustion chamber had fallen apart. I received a very friendly and knowledgeable response which was amazing down to the last detail. Tim took the time to explain about how to dismantle the entire combustion chamber including the fan motor, lambda and exhaust probes off of the top of his head with no need or reference to a manual. This enabled me to remove the broken combustion chamber ready for welding, with no issues or worries. I cannot thank or praise Tim enough

As a user of a Trianco Greenflame 15, I discovered Tisigo through a search on social media. I contacted Tim about some parts (some obsolete) and the possibility of doing some servicing. On two instances Tim has supplied me with parts (at a reasonable cost) to keep my boiler running whilst we arrange servicing. Tim has been very responsive with my questions and emails and is very knowledgeable with identifying and resolving potential issues with the boilers operation. 10/10 for customer satisfaction.
