I've just left after I spent 21 months in this hostel. If you want to be a hostel that is strict with rules for your own safety then this is the place for you. I was absolutely petrified when I first came here as I had never been in that situation and round so many different people. I honestly can't thank the staff in there enough for being there and helping me you's really don't get enough credit you's are amazing and I will be forever grateful to yous all. For anyone that is reading the bad reviews don't take any heed off them as a few off them was in here while I was and let's just say they were not stable to be round people so take responsibility for your own actions and stop blaming the staff who would probably be trying to help you while your going mental and being unstable. #onelovereginacoeli #yousareamazing #iloveandmissyousall

Literally one of the worst places I have ever been to. No freedom, no control over anything. It’s like you’re suffocating. The staff are horrible and unhelpful. They’d rather have me put in hospital than help me move my stuff. Been here a month and moved rooms THREE times over nothing. Awful place.

Welcome to the Hotel California, you can check in anytime you like but you can never leave.. Although I'd give it a 5 Star for being Belfast's Number 1 Mortuary.
