A very poor experience with this company who we contracted to refurbish our conservatory which Room Outside originally built some time ago. I felt that the person I dealt with was aggressive and unprofessional in their interactions, and we weren’t happy with the outcome of the work. Rather than addressing our dissatisfaction, we received threatening payment letters. We have paid as life is too short but other potential customers should be aware before dealing with this company.

We were very happy with the service provided when we employed Room Outside to carry out a clean and repair to our conservatory. Even though it wasn't built by them they did a marvellous job and now it looks like new! We chose them because they have been in Chichester for a long time and we always like to use local businesses when possible. We would certainly recommend Room Outside to everyone!

They deserve a zero star rating. I doubt this is a real company, looks like a facade for fishing for personal data. After making numerous calls regarding whether or not they supply a product and refusing to answer questions that are in breach of GDPR nobody gets back to me. Their modem is not working, irrespective what extension you dial there is just one person asking for very weird personal information. Totally surreal experience. AVOID.

We thought a conservatory attached to a listed building may prove impossible but Room Outside worked tirelessly with all the relevant bodies to make the process as simple as possible. Quality, professional and a beautiful end product.
