Powerzone Strength Gym

Powerzone Strength GymI joined Powerzone Strength Gym earlier this year after visiting a number of other gyms in the area. The gym has a wide range of machines, free weights, bags and equipment (battle ropes, tyres etc).The gym owner, Mike, offers free advice and help to any members, which for a beginner has been excellent.If you are looking to join a gym, I highly recommend Powerzone.

Great gym.

Amazing gym, always kept clean and tidy. Good range of weight machines, cardio machines and other equipment. Thr best part about Powerzone is the atmosphere and the advice. Mike offers training to anyone who wants it at no extra charge and has been able to adapt excercises to overcome a range of injuries. No judgement by any other gym users.
