Hello to everyone. I ve been in this service in Night time around 23.58. 07July 2023.I visited this gas station I was surprised because the cashier was not there and I pressed the bell 10 minutes later only the salesman got up.The woman was sleepy and started shouting at me which I reprimanded her and she started shouting at me even more.I asked for a receipt after payment but she refused She said that your bank application will show that you spent the money on fuel and when I said I needed someone to do a tax refund she just ignored me.I think such people should not work because they don't know how to communicate with customers and they will only give the company a terrible reputation.I have a video of me asking for my cheque back but the woman ignores me and doesn't pay attention to my request.I'll put it on every social networking site I can think of.Service less than 1 star.Kind Regards.Aleks.

Just been in and asked if there was a toilet (driving past and desperate)Rude woman behind the counter asked if I was a customer, I replied politely no, I'm driving past and I'm desperate for a wee. She paused, looked at me again and said it's a customer toilet"I am disabled and should have stated this

I Visited this morning 7/4/2023 at 04.30 to get fuel. Wanted to pay by card but unfortunately my contactless wouldn’t work so Peter night shift worker asked for my bank card PIN number so he could enter it himself due to the card machine wouldn’t reach the night hatch. I refused to give my PIN number as I’ve always been told by banks not to give it out as it is a very personal thing to ask. Peter told me I would have to wait till 5am until he can open the doors as it’s an sackable offence to open up before hand. I have filmed this conversation him asking for my pin and I will be getting in touch with trading standards you shouldn’t train your staff to ask for such a person and private information. I would not be coved by my bank if my card was cloned or if fraud did happened. Also pay at pump doesn’t work as I also pay for my fuel with the app all the time but for some reason it doesn’t work at this station.

Cash only as card machine was down and the loo was out of order. Assuming this is not normal operating model though. The shop was well stocked but with no cash that didn't matter.

This morning clearly was a difficult one for many drivers struggling with washer jets, due to the frost, myself included. The young lady serving time approx 11am was SO helpful and her customer service skills top notch, she deserves a treat!

The attitude of the staff here is shocking, aggressive, rude and totally disinterested. One particular female individual is particularly bad.If she is representing you it will not be long before you loose your entire local customer base, I say local because at this present time anyone who knows this fuel station will not call in unless desperate.The store is disorganised, with incorrect pricing on the shelving and when this is queried the staff member immediately gets aggressive. I must add that from what I have witnessed myself and witnessed to other customer, if this person was a bloke it wouldn't be a surprise if someone took things further.The forecourt is dirty, bins overflowing and empty of gloves. Not great during these times of COVID. The pressure wash is faulty and has been for a very long time but yet they will not get it repaired and allow it to be used.This site will be reported to trading standards, along with a formal complaint to the site owner.I believe the staff issues need addressing with utmost urgency from a duty of care point of view.

Awful! Price on billboard said 161.p/l so, as someone struggling to live atm, I thought this was a great price for petrolWhile pumping, I realised the ACTUAL price (obscured by dirt on the pump screen itself) was 189p/l which is obviously A LOT more. As I realised this, the pump failed to click" once my tank was full

I would normally fuel up at Tesco supermarkets, however due to the ongoing fuel supply issues and being 200+ miles from home, I had little choice but to stop here for fuel as it was available and not restricted by cash limits. Unfortunately the price charged was £1.41.9p/litre Expensive!! especially as further on in our journey we found fuel again for £1.38.9p/LGreat that they had fuel, but bad as it was overpriced!

As you will see in other reviews 10 months and 3 months ago the toilets were out of order. We regularly travel the A64 to Leeds and stop here for fuel. My partner is now full term pregnant and for the duration of her pregnancy the toilets at this fuel station have been out of order. According to the staff they do work but are not cleaned so they won’t let anyone in then under any circumstances. Given we are spending over £100 on fuel each time it’s a sad state of affairs that they will take your £100 but not let you spend a penny.

This service station, fails frequently to provide a service.It is often closed in an evening without any notification. I’ve too often been caught out when aiming to fill up there that I now only ever plan to refuel in daylight hours.They really do need to have guaranteed opening hours, even if that means closing every night. That way people would know to fill up elsewhere and not get caught short.
