A very rude driver who couldn’t even say hello when we greeted him not impressed, he then sat on his phone until I said shall we go? he should be sacked, not good publicity for your company, my journey was from College Road to Bath today, the driver on our return journey tonight was lovely and very pleasant

Having been discharged from hospital late afternoon a taxi was booked for me. Great communication with car arrive and details of reg number, It arrived before the staff could get me to the front of the building. A very nice well dressed driver help put my bags in the boot. Once inside, the car was found to be beautifully kept, clean and tidy. The driver was very attentive with checking the temperature in the car was comfortable etc. Would definitely recommend this service

Very easy to book over telephone, with an option to actually speak to someone. My driverarrived at the collection point on time and was polite and friendly. I was quickly delivered to my destination in a very spacious and comfortable car. Highly recommended.

We’re still waiting for a taxi in the middle of nowhere. They didn’t turn up and now they’ve decided to not send one. We tried to call veezu but they didn’t want to know and terminated the call.They couldn’t care less about their customers and don’t care.

Horrible Service. Repeatedly came over an hour late even when trips are booked in advance. One time the taxi service marked the journey as completed even though it never came. Called repeatedly to no avail. Despite being a student, customer service lacks any empathy and is very poor and unhelpful. No response to any private feedback, they only respond to reviews online to make themselves look good. Utterly unreliable. Would not recommend at all.

Couldn't give no stars but they don't deserve any stars at all, because they didn't turn up despite advance booking. No transport after midnight pitch black no pavements to walk on. No contact from them to warn of dilemma, thank goodness for the wonderful Uber chap who saved the day absolutely brilliant service from Uber. Forget this company they need a good shake up to improve their customer service. Norton St Philip area.

Be VERY careful - they take fees for trips that you have not taken and then - refuse to follow up any complaints. I am currently trying to disconnect the app from my apple pay. I have called 4 times, am passed onto customer service which never picks up and then recommended to use the website - which gets no response. These are unauthorised payments - how does this company can get away with this?

Use an alternative. I booked a taxi at 22:00 to pick us up at midnight.After midnight I phoned multiple times and the auto voice said it would be 1 minute. At 12:20 I used the driver link and the driver said his app was not working and to get the office to order another taxi. I phoned and the operator said it would be 2 to 3 minutes. I then phoned and reiterated the drivers app was not working and was told another driver would sent and it would be 5-7 minutes. At 8 minutes I called and was told the driver had waited 5 minutes and left when we had been stood outside the entire time. 12:45 we gave up and walked to the abbey. If you have another option use another company.
