Miles Starks Sports Therapy

Took a family member to miles just today and cannot recommend him and his service enough. Miles was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to advise my relative in the best possible way. Seeing as this is was their first time going to a sports therapist and receiving treatment - I can definitely say we will be back very soon.Thanks again for your service Miles!

I booked Miles in for a much needed deep tissue massage, as I do a physically demanding job. After assessing my body he noticed why I was having joint pain in my arms. He recommended I try this new shockwave therapy.Even after the first session, since going back to work and I've had no issues with my elbows.First time in 2 years! No pain

I arranged to see Miles following a total knee replacement when I was experiencing difficulties with extension/flexion some 8 months after surgery. Miles was extremely knowledgeable and has been assisting me with ongoing treatment, massage and exercises on a very tight hamstring, tendons, muscles etc. always explaining clearly what he is doing and why which has helped me understand the problem/treatment. Miles is such a friendly chap and nothing is too much trouble and always on hand to offer advice. I would recommend Miles 100% and will confidently seek his professional help with any future problems. As I have another knee replacement looming Miles hasn't seen the last of me yet. Thank you Miles for caring about the patient - you truly deserve a long successful career.

Miles is extremely good at knowing what the customer needs just by the information that you give him, I have been having back pain for over 3 years due to scoliosis and have been told a sports massage may help. So i booked it in and he did not disappoint, nice guy, nice studio extremely intelligent within his field. Would definitely recommend Miles and will book again!

I went to Miles before when I needed help with my arm. He was knowledgeable and informative and sorted my issue in one session. When my teenage son needed help with his knees I knew he would be able to help, not just with his knowledge and skills but also his manner would make my son feel at ease. He explained things so well to him and we understand better what may be causing his issues and what to do going forward. Booking a session with Miles was a great decision. Prior to the sports massage I had been experiencing on and off lower back pain for over a year. From the get go Miles was very professional and provided a lot of knowledge to help understand what the problem could be.After the sports massage I felt almost instant results and my back feels brand new! More importantly my mobility has gone back to normal.I will be booking another session with Miles soon.

Visited Miles yesterday on recommendation, as I've been suffering with sciatica for 3 months. He is incredibly knowledgeable and puts you at ease and he seems to have worked wonders. I won't lie , it was painful as he worked on the glutes to try and free the nerve but last night was the first night in 3 months that I slept without the sciatic pain that usually accompanies my sleep. I will be seeing him again to continue treatment until it's completely gone but today I feel more positive and so much better than I did yesterday. Thank you Miles.
