Sean is brilliant. Really challenging plan, in the best way. Always encourages me to get that one extra rep, but without the nonsense ego that some people in gyms have. All safe and fun, but brutal by the end of a session.

Sean is a great P.T using his experience to create workouts specifically for your individual goals. Professional, very easy to get on with, he manages to pitch each session just right - enough to build your confidence, keep you motivated and achieve results. 11 weeks in and I would not hesitate to recommend Sean.

Sean is a really knowledgeable PT, whatever you're hoping to achieve. I really wanted to work on my weightlifting and mobility form, and Sean taught me so much useful stuff and I learned some new exercises that feel brutal! And now I keep buying PT sessions for everyone's birthday...so not sure how many friends I'm going to have left this year. But if you're looking to gain confidence, strength or increase your knowledge or how you should be working out, I 100% recommend Sean.

After a winter of illness I’d really let my fitness slip. As a qualified PT I can write my own plans but I really needed a motivator. Sean has not only helped me get my gym routine back, but has also helped me feel stronger than ever.I’ve tried other PTs before, and Sean really does tailor it to you personally and not a ‘one shoe fits all’ approach which some do.I look forward to my sessions, and after doing only one block to get back to it, I find myself considering the fourth block!

I found Sean to be very knowledgeable, passionate and professional.He is very approachable and easy to talk to about your aims. As a result I have had custom workout based on my needs to which I've seen very good results.

Sean is amazing!!! I have been exercising for five years, however Sean really taught me the best ways of toning up and losing weight. He is great at giving advice on diet ( I am a vegetarian) as well as what exercises to focus on. I have dropped three top sizes down over a span of 6-8 months and I am still going with Sean’s help. I found that if you dedicate yourself to reach your fitness goals then you will get the results with Sean.
